China Dapu International Art Center belongs to DaPuBaihu Culture Communication Co., Ltd., founded by Ms. Li Xia in March 2011. This is the largest exchange program for artists, curators and art critics in northeast China.

      China Dapu International Art Center is located in the Baihu art region.Around the center is the city’s new cultural foundations including the university campus, city library, cartoon base, museum, and opera houses.It is located in Daqing city, on the Songnen plains in northeast China, previously famous for being an oil producer. Daqing has a typical socialist industrial feeling accompanied by large grasslands and wetlands. To the north lies the beautiful and vast crane town Tsitsihar and the virgin forests of Inner Mongolia found within the Xing An Ling mountains.

        Each exchange program hosted by China Dapu International Art Center will provide artists, art critics and curators with personal living and studio spaces during their 4 to 12 week stay. Every month, around 20 visitorswill come to the center from all over the world. We warmly welcome creators, critics, and curators from all over the world!
